Are We Proving the Negative Yet? Lecture in Berkeley.

I'll be speaking to the East Bay Atheists in Berkeley tomorrow (January 16) at 2:00 in the Berkeley Main Library, 3rd Floor Meeting Room, 2090 Kittredge St.

Here's the write up for the East Bay Atheists about the lecture.

I'll be giving an updated version of the "Are We Proving the Negative Yet?"  lecture.  Here are the slides.

Please come if you're in the area.

This lecture was not only brilliantly entertaining but also educational in the extreme. It was so excellent that I think it might be a means through which the timid and 'closeted non-theists' could be inspired to declare their own preference for reason over superstitious dogma. Matt McCormick is so deeply talented at what he does that he could develop a national following. Unfortunately, it wasn't taped, but maybe he'll present it again this year and it will be.
