Read the arguments of the court before answering, preferrably.

Also, as Reginald Selkirk noted, the court didn't rule on the existence of any gods, but on the veracity of I.D. as a scientific theory.

Please remove your head from the ground and your foot from your mouth before commenting again.Teleprompterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13014919684351529479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8716347331682132223.post-3098941171441141472008-12-20T16:34:00.000-08:002008-12-20T16:34:00.000-08:00One line of evidence presented during the trial by...One line of evidence presented during the trial by Barbara Forrest examined early manuscripts of the Intelligent Design book Of Pandas and People, which the school board has chosen as a supplemental library text for their scheme. Early manuscripts, up until early 1987, made numerous references to Creationists. As of late 1987, (coincidentally after the Edwards v. Aguillard judgment by the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that "Creation Science" was religion and could not be taught as science in U.S. public schools), all the appearances of "Creationists" in the manuscript had been replaced with "design proponents." All that is, but one missing link: an occurence of the cut-and-paste artifact cdesign proponentsists.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8716347331682132223.post-58959980913184343182008-12-20T16:26:00.000-08:002008-12-20T16:26:00.000-08:00If a U.S. District court doesn't believe in God......If a U.S. District court doesn't believe in God...then I know there must be one.

The court did not rule on the existence of God. The court ruled on whether "Intelligent Design" can be taught as science in the U.S. public schools.
